Our Story
Founded in 2025, Youth Build was created with a simple but powerful vision: to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to build stronger futures. Recognizing the challenges many youth face in accessing career pathways, our founders sought to combine mentorship, education, and skilled trades training into one program that not only prepares individuals for meaningful work but also strengthens the communities they live in. From carpentry and ledger rock installation to kitchen and bath renovation, Youth Build continues to provide hands-on training and personal development that empower the next generation to rise and lead.

At Youth Build, our mission is to empower young people with the tools they need to build strong futures. We provide mentorship, education, and hands-on training in skilled trades, helping young people gain confidence, develop leadership skills, and prepare for a lifetime of success. Our programs offer hands-on instruction in carpentry, ledger rock installation, kitchen and bath renovation, and more, equipping participants with in-demand trade skills that open doors to meaningful careers.
